I think having a friend to work out with motivates me even more! Usually if I tell myself that I will get up at 7am to workout or go for a run outside, I usually go back to sleep saying I’ll do it later. But when I have a friend going on a run with me at 7 am I feel more obligated to go because i said what time and i feel bad that I wanna go back to sleep but I made my friend get up so I make myself get up and go workout!
It honestly helps soo much! This way I also had the courage of going outside to run! Otherwise I don’t think I could have pulled the courage to go outside at all
